*The YF series toothed blade pulverizer is suitable for the pharmaceutical, food, and livestock industries, primarily targeting materials with high oil and moisture content, such as coconut meat, peanuts, walnuts, ginger, and various fresh fruits and vegetables.

*It is not suitable for materials with high viscosity, high sugar content, and low moisture content, such as dried red dates and dried goji berries.

Product Operating Guidelines

1. Lubrication: Before starting the machine, inject appropriate grease into all parts equipped with oil cups and check that rotating parts have sufficient grease.

2. Check that all fastening screws on the machine are tightened, especially the retaining nuts of the moving gears, which should be checked regularly for looseness.

3. Check that the upper and lower pulleys are parallel to each other in the same plane and that the belt tension is appropriate.

4. When rotating the main shaft by hand, there should be no jamming; the main shaft should move freely.

5. Check the integrity of the electrical components; the electrical parts should be reliably grounded.

6. The rotation direction of the main shaft must conform to the arrow direction shown on the protective cover; otherwise, it will damage the main machine and cause mechanical injury.

7. Before starting the machine, the machine cavity must be thoroughly cleaned, and no residue should be left.

8. Materials must be inspected before crushing; no metal or other foreign objects are allowed to enter the machine, otherwise, the main machine will be damaged.
9. After each shift, the inside of the machine must be thoroughly cleaned.
