The material first passes between the two cutter rollers and is then pressed by the feeding rollers between the two cutter rollers, where it is cut open. The fruit pulp is discharged from the pulp hopper, and the peel is further pressed by the pressure rollers and discharged from the peel outlet, thus achieving the purpose of extracting juice.
*The principle is cutting followed by pressing, cold pressing for juice.
