Working principle and structure
Fruit and vegetable crusher usually consists of a whole machine feed hopper, side cover, machine body, main shaft, bearing seat, motor, frame, discharge hopper, etc.
When working, the motor is directly connected to the coupling to drive the main shaft to rotate at a uniform speed. The main shaft is equipped with a flying knife that rotates at high speed.
The material is fed into the hopper by the elevator (or screw pump, etc.) and is chopped by the high-speed rotating flying knife.
Due to the centrifugal force, the material falls into another storage tank through the screen, and then is output to the next process by the conveying pump.
Scope of application
Fruit and vegetable crusher is suitable for crushing various fruits and vegetables, including tomatoes, apples, pears, strawberries, celery, bracken, etc.
It can crush these fruits and vegetables into small particles or sauces, which is convenient for subsequent processing and use.
